We hear from all different sources the economy is improving, we are still headed down and it's hard to know what to think. The truth is no one can predict the future but the fact of the matter is RIGHT NOW IS the BEST time to BUY a home in our LIFE!
The tax credit is only good through April and given the new lending laws, 30 days is no longer the standard time to close the average is 45 with so being as long as 60, which means if you think you will at all be in the market this year, now is the time to start looking!!
In Vinings we have seen a lot more interest and lot more people "pulling the trigger" which means there is a time limit on those great deals!

Vinings in 2010
